  • C.H. Coakley's exclusive Relocation Organization Software - This invaluable software helps our team and yours understand and keep track of every detail of your unique relocation.
  • PowerPoint Presentation - To minimize stress, confusion and lingering questions, your relocation coordinator will schedule a PowerPoint presentation for you and your staff. This invaluable step in the process will help you prepare internally for the move by knowing exactly what will happen on the move date. The presentation educates employees on packing, labeling, and other useful information.
  • C.H. Coakley's Relocation Packet - This is your ultimate relocation tool. We developed a master relocation planner to assist with important information that you can pass along to all your personnel. This information can be emailed to your relocation coordinator once completed. We then create a relocation packet tailored for your entire staff. Each packet contains labels, computer bags to help organize and protect your computer accessories for the move, relocation bags for incidentals, a move memo, and an office identification place card.

How will C.H. Coakley keep fragile computer equipment safe during your move?

C.H. Coakley takes protecting your assets very seriously. We have a wide variety of protection measures in place. For extremely fragile and essential equipment such as computers and related electronics, we utilize special C.H. Coakley computer carts. These three-shelf carts allow for the safe relocation of even your most sensitive electronics. Each shelf has an anti-static Styrofoam pad and anti-static stretch wrap to reduce shifting and vibration.

Who are the people that will actually be conducting your move?

At C.H. Coakley, we fully understand that our employees are our most valuable asset and are critical to the success of your move; thus, we are extremely selective about the personnel we hire.
