Professional Commercial Movers Execute 5 Phase Corporate Relocation in Milwaukee

C.H. Coakley recently moved UMB Fund Services from 803 W. Michigan St. to 235 W. Galena St. in Schlitz Park, both in Milwaukee.

UMB completed a $22 million renovation project that involved 88,000-square-feet in two buildings for new office space. The company also demolished a neighboring building to create a public park. UMB Fund Services’ 360 employees will occupy the new space with 8,000 square feet of additional office space available for future expansion.

“This was an involved corporate relocation project with five phases of the move along with the decommissioning the old location, which we completed on-time and on-budget,” said Dawn Ovokaitys, sales manager at C.H. Coakley & Co., Inc. “UMB needed a change and a larger space; it was at its old location for 15 years. The new space in Schlitz Park is bright, airy, spacious and beautiful.”
