The Project was completed on time and on budget. CH Coakley had a very aggressive time line for the relocation and decom of the assets in the building. The building is 370,000 sq ft and they had 19 days to have the building cleaned out. I highly recommend them and can say they do what they say to complete what is asked of them. They were exceptional to work with and we will be working with them for years to come.
